Psilocybin truffles are fully legal in the Netherlands. Under the EU principle of free movement of goods, products that are legal in one member state can be shipped to others. This is why we use truffles — mushrooms are restricted, but truffles are not. However, once your order arrives in your possession, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

We ship your order the same or next day. We don't ship on Friday's. Depending on your location, shipping takes usually 1-7 business days. You receive a tracking link to your email. If you did not get it, please check your junk mail.

We ship across the EU in discreet packaging. While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, customs do have the right to open and seize packages depending on local laws. To date (as of September 2025), this has only happened about six times — all in Ireland — despite us shipping across Europe regularly. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Sweden, or Croatia. There is always a risk. If it happens, you’ll usually receive only a warning letter stating not to do it again — there are no legal consequences in most EU countries. Because the risk lies with the customer once the package leaves the Netherlands, we cannot offer refunds if customs seize an order.

Yes — the tea blends themselves can be taken in your luggage. Truffles, however, should not be taken through airports or across borders in person, as you are responsible for local laws once you carry them.
