We will slow down, turn inward and reconnect with everything we already have. Through guided journaling exercises you will explore what is present in your life right now - and what that presence is telling you about where to go next.

For those who feel called - Happy Tea will guide us through an optional microdosing journey, including a proper explanation and a gentle invitation. Perfect for beginners and the simply curious.
