What's your microdosing experience prior?

"Essentially none. Done a macrodose twice, but never experimented with microdoses before."


How has Happy Tea impacted you?

"I experience less anxiety in social situations as well as more energy on a long night out. I find i'm much less likely to get overwhelmed and retain energy much longer. Alcohol had similar benefits for me, but came with the general drunk messiness and a hangover, which now I can do without :)"


What are your thoughts on microdosing now?

"I use it as a replacement for alcohol on a night out. Sipping my happy tea out of a thermos at a houseparty makes saying no to alcohol easy. As a result I party with more energy, less anxiety and completely hangover free."


Have you tried Happy Tea in a social setting? If so, describe your experience compared to alcohol.

"Bringing a thermos to a houseparty is a good conversation starter as well. And despite remaining mostly sober its just a much more fun and interesting alternative to alcohol than sipping on sodas or alcohol-free beers all night."


What would you say to a first-time microdoser?

"Pick a free day that allows you to be spontaneous. Start with a small dose (you can always increase next time to find your dose). Outside time and time to journal are always a plus."
