In this series of posts, we talked with some of our customers on their experience with Happy Tea. Check all our customer interviews here.

What's your microdosing experience prior?
"I did a lot of research into psychedelics, microdosing, psilocybin and it’s benefits beforehand, however Happy Tea was my first experience microdosing."
How has Happy Tea impacted you?
"I am a performing artist, I felt free, very aware of my body and placement, creatively stimulated & more able to focus without entering overthinking/anxious territory which is something I quite often experience regularly. I have noticed a big difference, I am more open, emotional (which is intense but positive), creative and happy. I also noticed my senses are more sensitive. I have adopted it into my lifestyle over the past month and plan to keep it for a while in a schedule, and afterwards as an alternative to alcohol."
What are your thoughts on microdosing now?
"This month I have noticed such a difference, already from the first tea session, I could notice my triggers, but also felt the space to separate them from myself. By that I mean that it became very clear what was my natural response and what was a trauma/trigger response. And by feeling that space I can choose to change my responses and thinking patterns surrounding them. I felt more social and simultaneously less guilty when choosing my own company. I felt more like myself, even when I hadn’t had the tea, I could think back to what I had learnt while microdosing."
Have you tried Happy Tea in a social setting? If so, describe your experience compared to alcohol.
"Yes, I noticed a much clearer mind, being able to communicate easily, a bigger response to music, and more open towards others around me. Alcohol typically doesn’t match with me so a big difference is just my body being relaxed yet energised vs. almost an irritated loss of control in my body. The ability to pay attention to others and my own needs, and just pure joy."
What would you say to a first-time microdoser?
"Set an intention for yourself, be in nature, enjoy some music, maybe bring a notebook for any observations or revelations and allow yourself to be amazed by how many small things you will notice and appreciate in your surroundings and within yourself."
Do you have a favourite blend?
"As of yet, I would say social butterfly is my favourite"
