We started ordering because my partner has migraines - and while it isn't super evident - it has helped make the migraines milder or less frequent. The tea flavors are great - I think we prefer the morning/evening/social ones the best so far. And the social tea actually works great for a larger dinner setting among friends. Overall super happy to find MT :)
