ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS
Tulsi: also known as 'Holy Basil', the Tulsi leaves are rich in vitamins A, C and K and minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and potassium. It also has a good amount of protein and fibre. The powerful oxidants that it contains can help keep blood and cholesterol levels under control, making it very heart-healthy. It is also good for diabetes as it has hypoglycaemic properties which are known to help lower blood sugar levels. Tulsi has been shown to potentially have negative effects on embryos, so we don't recommend this blend if you are pregnant.
Rosemary: studies have shown that the acids in rosemary have powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Consuming rosemary regularly can potentially help lower the risk of infection. Rosemary has been hailed since ancient times for its medicinal properties and was traditionally used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune and circulatory system, and promote hair growth.
Rhodiola Rosea: a plant that grows in cold parts of Europe and Asia. The root has a long history of being used in traditional medicine and as an adaptogen, a natural substance that increases your body’s resistance to stress. It is also used in many countries to help with fatigue and depression.
Mucuna Pruriens: one of the only naturally occurring sources of L-Dopa aka dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, a chemical messenger that essentially dictates how we feel and experience pleasure. It reduces stress-anxiety, promotes muscle growth, increases strength, and has been proven to raise levels of testosterone.
Ashwagandha: also known as Withania Somnidera or Indian ginseng, it's one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda. It's been used as a traditional form of alternative medicine based on Indian principles of natural healing. People have used ashwagandha for thousands of years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration.
Vitamin B12: plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function, and the production of DNA.

The morning shine latte blend tastes great, and I did feel some sustained energy and focus. I added 1-2g truffle to explore any creative boost that might offer, the effects were very subtle, but I did experience a generally pleasant mood throughout the day. Would recommend both products.

I felt like a mild kick, a very nice feeling of connection with people and with music, it felt like feeling tipsy on good wine, but with the mushroom high sensation. It was so much fun and it lasted from early afternoon till late in the evening, we didn't feel the urge to drink not even a drop of alcohol. we're ready to repeat the experience soon, since we've got a sober month ahead to be complete.
