ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS
Reishi mushroom: (Ganoderma lucidum) a non-psycoactive mushroom that benefits the immune system and used for Alzheimer disease, cancer, diabetes, cold sores, reducing fatigue and many other conditions.
Vitamin B12: an important nutrient. In fact, every part of your body needs it to function properly. As a supplement, Vitamin B12 may help make your brain and nerve cells work better and manage energy and metabolism in the body.
Asian and Siberian Ginseng: a herbal tonic or adaptogen used for centuries, responsible for giving you a quick energy and mood boost. Studies have linked Asian and Siberian ginseng to less fatigue and an up-tick in metabolism. The morning shine latte blend tastes great, and I did feel some sustained energy and focus. I added 1-2g truffle to explore any creative boost that might offer, the effects were very subtle, but I did experience a generally pleasant mood throughout the day. Would recommend both products.
