Inside the bundle, you’ll find:

Choose the dose that feels right — we recommend 1–2g on microdosing days.
These blends are purposefully gentle. No caffeine. No stimulation. Just herbs that help your system slow down enough to actually absorb the work you’re doing in the program.

You’ll microdose two days a week:
prepare your tea, choose your intention, take your dose, and move into your hypnotherapy session with a more open, receptive mind.
If you prefer to customise your ritual, you can always add extra tea or truffles, or choose truffles only, but we recommend pairing them with tea to fully support the grounding, sensory, intention-led experience that Hypnodosing™ is built around.

The morning shine latte blend tastes great, and I did feel some sustained energy and focus. I added 1-2g truffle to explore any creative boost that might offer, the effects were very subtle, but I did experience a generally pleasant mood throughout the day. Would recommend both products.
