You can use this bundle in multiple ways, depending if you're planning to share or use it for yourself. We recommend:
- One tea bag with 4g of truffle if sharing with one other friend
- Take the full 4g dose yourself with one tea bag for a heightened buzz (great for festivals)
- Combine 2 of the same tea bags with 2 x 4g of truffle (8g total) in one pot if you're sharing with 3-5 friends. Make sure everyone gets 2-3 cups of tea each.
Option to add stronger 4g truffles of Psilocybe Tampanensis. This strain is stronger than Mexicana. The effect from 4g of Mexicana will feel more like 5g with Tampanensis.
HOW TO PREPARE
1. Prepare your tea bag
Prepare your Happy Tea bag by adding your desired dose (optional). Make sure it’s crushed finely before adding. Close the tea bag tightly (or tie a knot).
2. Add to pot and steep
Place in a pot large enough for water between 500mL and 1.5 liters. Add 80-100 degree water and steep between 5-10 minutes. If adding cold water, steep for at least an hour.
3. Refill or save
Pour into cups/cup and enjoy! We recommend at least 2 cups per person. Add more water for another extraction or save leftover water in the fridge for 2-3 days.
