You’ll get access to an app with weekly hypnotherapy sessions (live in January, recordings available afterwards), a full microdosing protocol, and a private community that keeps you accountable in a supportive, non-judgmental way, an integration call with Jessica our Hypnotherapist after January 30th, and the opportunity to continue on this pathway.

Meet Jessica

Jessica Betancourt is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Hypnotherapist and Holistic Health Coach specializing in habit change and emotional release — with a focus on helping people shift their relationship with alcohol and other vices.

 

She works with clients to help them rewire the thought patterns that drive habitual use. Her approach is gentle but powerful: clients report lasting changes, reduced cravings, more emotional clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing.

 

Hypnosis, paired with a microdosing protocol, becomes a powerful vehicle for change because it opens up access to the subconscious. When the nervous system enters a relaxed alpha brain wave state, old narratives soften and new patterns can take root.

We start January 1st! You will get access to the app space beforehand to start your mindset and logistics preparation. All sessions are live and held on Zoom. Recordings are available afterwards and hosted in the app for your convenience.

What To Expect

Neuroplasticity takes time. Here's what the journey typically looks like:

 

Week 1: Foundation - Identifying What is in the Way & set your rituals 

Increased awareness of patterns, possibly increased discomfort as you notice urges without immediately acting on them

Week 2: Managing Stress and Emotional Regulation 

Subtle shifts in cravings, improved mood regulation, moments of genuine ease without alcohol

Week 3: Who would you rather be? Active Reprogramming 

New patterns starting to feel more natural, reduced emotional dependence on alcohol, better stress management

Week 4: Integration

Significant transformation in relationship with alcohol, new neural pathways strengthening, old ones weakening.

What Is The Experience Like?

You will start a mental and emotional preparation as soon as you enrol. Guidance and preparatory resources will be made available to you inside of the app space where you can also connect with the private community before the program officially begins January 1st.

 

The opening and closing ceremony will be ritualistic spaces where you will set powerful intentions for your journey inside of Hypnodosing as well as for your pathway outside of the program container. You will do deep inner work with what you really want for your life as well as create a powerful new reframe for the role of alcohol for you personally.  

 

Each coaching session will offer you new tools to manage this change work and to make alcohol refraining as smooth and natural as possible without white-knuckling or will-based techniques. There will be open discussion and sharing as well the opportunity to ask any questions.  And to share your wins of course!! Because as you move through the days of January, getting more familiar with your strengths and your ability to cease feeling dependent or reliant on drinking to feel satisfied with the hours of your days, you’ll notice that you have stepped off of the hamster wheel and things begin to feel new again.  

 

For 4 Sundays you are invited to the Live Group Hypnosis sessions.  These are sacred times for you to sit with your tea, your microdose and your intention, before setting up your environment so that you can lie undisturbed for one hour. Hypnosis is a trance state where your brain can relax in an Alpha Brain Wave state. You will be guided through a journey through your subconscious mind to unravel the patterns that you currently have, and replace them with healthful alternatives through the power of positive suggestions about what you would rather be doing. Watch over the unfolding weeks as your behaviour naturally begins to change, and you feel freer and lighter about your thoughts, as your mindset changes for the better via the effects of Hypnodosing™.

After The Program

New patterns starting to feel more natural, reduced emotional dependence on alcohol, better stress management. New neural pathways continue to strengthen, old ones continue to weaken. You also will have the opportunity to stay in the community longer and further explore how Hypnodosing™ can benefit other areas of your life.

FAQ

Q: Will I feel out of control? 

A:  Absolutely not, you will be in complete control of your physical body and will be in a state of deep relaxation.  You will not do anything that you do not want to do, you will just be open to suggestibility.  And you will be seated the entire time; you will only be asked to move your head and arms when prompted.

 

Q:  Is this type of therapy effective when done virtually?

A: Yes.  It is just as effective as if it were done in person as it is mainly an auditory experience and you also have the benefit of being able to relax in your own home.

 

Q:  Will I feel hypnotized?

A:  Hypnosis is a natural Alpha state of deep relaxation.  You experience this same state when you are daydreaming, when you are in REM and when you are in flow.  It is completely natural and the most you will feel is deep and comforting relaxation.

 

Q:  How exactly does this process go?

A:  I will put you into a trance state with breathing techniques and guided imagery where you will be able to release analytical thoughts and to drift into the subconscious. We will float back through time and pinpoint certain memories that are associated with the formation and the conflict that you are currently experiencing with alcohol. We will rewrite the significance that you attached to the associated events and instil new thought patterns which will allow you to move forward with a new set of beliefs about how you wish to act.

 

Q: What if I want to have a Dry January but I don’t know if I want to quit alcohol altogether? 

A: That is the beauty of this program, you get to customize it for your personal wants and desires about your own relationship with alcohol.  Whether you wish to be done with it, have a successful 30 day run, or take a step back and re-evaluate its role its role in your life is entirely up to you, this program will serve you all the same.
