How many can I drink? → Everyone reacts differently to the effects, some need one, others need multiple. Don't consume more than 4 bottles in one day.

Can I mix it with alcohol? → You can, but then it's less good for you.

Is it carbonated? → Lightly sparkling for a refreshing, balanced finish.

Can I drink it while pregnant? → Because we’re classed as a food supplement, we’re required to include the standard line “not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding,” even when there isn’t evidence of harm with any of our ingredients. The herbs in Social Butterfly support pathways mainly in the brain, so we don’t see anything that would raise concern. However, research on many botanicals in pregnancy is limited, which is why the caution label exists. So the decision is up to you in the end.

The morning shine latte blend tastes great, and I did feel some sustained energy and focus. I added 1-2g truffle to explore any creative boost that might offer, the effects were very subtle, but I did experience a generally pleasant mood throughout the day. Would recommend both products.
