How to Use
Timing: Use one tea bag per symptom day (typically 1-3 days)
Preparation:
- Steep one bag in 500ml of water at 75°C for 5-7 minutes
- The blend is rich enough for a second steeping in the same sitting if you desire more
- Best enjoyed warm, in a quiet moment dedicated to yourself
With Microdosing: If using the microdosing option, crush the truffle first using a mortar and pestle, add up to 3g (we recommend around 1g) to the tea bag before steeping.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Each box contains 3 tea bags for one complete cycle. Keep microdose packages (separately) in the firdge until use.
